And the normal process of perceiving this abnormal action causes many people to live their lives without even realizing that they are addicted to technology. The techniques we can try to manage technology addiction are as follows; To change the hours of daily internet usage, to prepare weekly internet usage charts and to ensure that they are followed, to write down the activities that we want to do but do not have the opportunity to do in a notebook and try to implement them.
